At this time, Diva Lingerie ships to addresses within Canada only. We recognize that some customers outside of Canada may wish to purchase our products, and we will gladly consider shipping internationally on a case-by-case basis. If you reside outside Canada, please contact us by telephone or email before placing your order to discuss available shipping options.

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During promotional events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Shipping charges and available delivery options are calculated and displayed during checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes before an order ships, we cannot guarantee that shipping information can be modified once an order has entered processing.

We also offer complimentary in-store pickup at our Winnipeg and Vancouver locations. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before visiting the store.

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly so that we can investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside of the parcel.
