Measure yourself in 3 quick and easy steps:

1. While standing up straight, wear your best fitting bra that is preferably unlined. 
2. Band Size: Wrap measuring tape snuggly around your rib cage, under your bust and parallel to the floor. Round to the nearest whole number. 
3. Cup Size: Measure the fullest part of your bust loosely, ensure you can still breathe.

Take your band measurement and subtract from your bust measurement to find the difference and round to the nearest whole number. This number will match up with a letter, which is your cup size.
